sqlite3のインストール時にエラー

gem install sqlite3が通らない

以下のようなエラーが出ます

いろいろ調べましたが、Rubyのバージョンの問題でした。

rbenv local で作業ディレクトリのみRubyのバージョンを変更していたので起きたみたいです。
